1. 中文学校的入学年龄是多大？ At what age my kids can go for the lesson?

－我校招收4岁以上儿童(9月开学满4岁）。未满4岁不建议报名。

－The age for registration is 4 years old. Younger than 4 is not recommended.

2. 上中文课的孩子必须有中文基础吗？Should my child speak Chinese?

－有最好，也欢迎没有基础，但愿意学习中文的孩子。

－It is prefered that your child understands a bit of Chinese. But he/she is also welcome if he/she doesn’t speak Chinese.

3. 我不确定我的孩子适合那个班，怎么办？What can I do if I am not sure which group is suitable for my children?

－您可参看本网站<我们的班级>, 还可以联系我们带孩子来学校免费试听一次，同时可关注并参加学校开放日。即使在入学后班级不合适也可以调整。

－Please refer to the “our group” page on our website; you may also cantact us and come to our school to have a free try-out lesson. At the same time you may join our school at open day to get more information. Even after the enrollment your kids can also change to join a more suitable group.

4. 我的孩子可以插班吗？ Should my kids start from the beginning?

－可以。请先联系我们。学校可根据您孩子的中文程度安排适合的班级。

－No, you may come at any moment in the school year. However, this can depend on your children’s prior knowledge. Therefore, please contact us, then we can arrange personally when it is suitable your children to join. Your kids can join a suitable group.

5. 学校有考试吗？学生最后可获得中文学习证书吗？Are there test and will my child get a certificate?

－学校要求各班老师根据班里情况进行每年最少两次(期中期末）校内考试。学校组织辅导四年级以上学生进行每年的HSK考试。学生可自愿参加。荷兰莱顿孔子学院与我们合作紧密，在我校设立了HSK考点。

－Each group has a minimum of two tests per year. For group 4 and above, we will give HSK training and prepare the students to participate HSK test which is a national Chinese language test.  The  Confucius Institute in the Netherlands established the HSK test center at our school and work closely with us. 

6. 我应该怎么缴费？How should I pay the school fee?

－目前我们只能接受现金。您需在入学前缴纳。

－We can only accept cash at this moment. The school fee needs to be paid before you start the lesson.

7. 在那里买课本？Where do I get the books?

－您缴纳学费后，学校会发放课本和练习本。

－After you fill the registration form and pay the school fee, we will give your children books and exercise notebook(s).

8. 课时是怎样安排的？How is the class time arranged?

－中文课时总长3小时（10:00-13:00), 中间有两次各15分钟的课间休息 10:50-11:05 and 11:50-12:10

    舞蹈课13:05- 14:05          围棋课13:00- 14:05       武术课 13:00- 14:05

－The lessons last 3 hours. In between there are two breaks 10:45-11:00 and 11:45-12:00.

    Chinese dance 13:05- 14:05        Go  13:05- 14:05    Gongfu   13:05- 14:05

9. 我的孩子每周需带什么去上课？What should my child bring to the school at saturday?

－您需要为孩子带上课本、文具、老师要求的练习册等内容。请为您的孩子准备便于在课间操食用的点心和饮料。原则上不能带玩具上课。

－Your child needs to bring their text books, exersice books and other materials according to the theacher. Please give your child also snacks and a drink for the break. In principle toys are not allowed.

10. 孩子上课的接送怎样安排？How is the dropging and picking up of the child organised?  

－孩子上课放学需要您自己接送。如不能按时到校上课或接孩子放学请提前和当班老师联系。

－You need to drop and pick up your child yourself. If your child will be late/ absent, or when you can’t pick up your child on time, please inform the teacher in advance. 

11. 孩子上课时间家长是否可留在学校等候？Can I stay at school to wait for my child during the lesson time?

－孩子到校后家长需离开学校。不过您可参加我们为家长准备的荷兰语班，Zomba 和太极班。

－You have to leave school after you drop your child at school,  but you can join the classes we prepared for you: Dutch for adults,  Zumba and Taichi.
